Koala

Hi, I'm Koala. I'm a sweet and sassy lady, with just the right amount of energy who is searching for the most wonderful furrever home imaginable.

To make things easier for my potential future family, I have asked my carers to write my likes and dislikes in a list for you!

LIKES:
- Food, glorious food <3
- String toys and ribbons
- Playing and being a total zooming weirdo
- Using my scratching tree and watching out the window from a safe height
- Calm, quiet places with lots of routine
- Short bouts of love on my terms and rubbing my head on everything
- Humans that understand my body language

DISLIKES:
- Children (I mean, they're cute... but they are super scary)
- Pats coming towards my face (also cute, also scary)
- Loud noises
- Not having food because #foodislife
- Not having a view to watch out the window
- Gum trees because I am actually not a real Koala
- The Shelter

Because of my dislike for the shelter, I am still in the care of my wonderful foster parents who are loving me unconditionally until you come to love me even harder.

If you couldn't tell by my likes and dislikes, I can be a little overwhelmed by the world. So, I am safest in a nice, calm, quiet, consistent household with minimal strangers and minimal change with lots of places to hide until I am comfortable with my humans, and comfortable to explore.

I have never lived with another animal, so I think it's best if I am the only animal in my new home until I am all settled in, my personality shines through, and you can see if a fur-boyfriend is suitable for me.
