About Batty
We would like to introduce you to our little “Batman”, or Batty as we affectionately call him. We think Batty looks just like Batman with his amazing coat pattern, but he is also brave like Batman because Batty was born blind. However, when you come to meet Batty you won’t think he is as you see him playing with the other cats.
Even though Batty can’t see, once he’s settled into his new surroundings, it will be easy to forget he’s blind. Batty gets around just fine, and even likes to cause a little mischief, playing chase with the other cats. Batty would be happy living with another friendly cat who can show him around. Batty’s new home will be strange to him at first, but it won’t take him long to orientate himself, so his feeding bowls and litter tray must always be in the same place, so he knows where they are and can use that as a reference point so he can get around more easily.
Batty is an affectionate young boy who would love to curl up on the couch with you, he’ll listen to your favourite shows on tv, purring for you when you give him a pat. Cats are wonderful companions and we know the family who adopts Batty will truly be blessed with an amazing new family member.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
