Mookie

Mookie had a rough start to life & can find it hard to trust new people at first, she will nervously wag her tail while observing from a distance, not knowing how to approach for a pat.

Once she trusts you & is comfortable in her environment, she is the funniest, quirkiest pup with so much personality. She will greet you with a full body wiggle & will often bring you a gift. She likes to spend her day lazing about in the sun, chewing on & dancing with her chew toys & zooming about with other dogs at the park.

Mookie walks well on the lead when using a harness & knows all general commands & will sit before crossing the road.
Big loud noises, crowds of people & new things do scare her to the point where she will frantically try to run away, so someone willing to take it slow & be gentle with her while keeping up her socialisation is essential to ensure she grows up to be the best dog she can be. She will sleep for most of the day after a good morning walk & has been fine left alone for 4 or so hours each day.

Mookie would like to live with a family who will give her the time to show how awesome she is.9 She plays well with all dogs at the park provided they aren’t nippy or chasey - she will gladly tell them to leave her alone if they push her boundaries.

Adult only home. She is very scared of the fast movements & noises kids make.

Mookie is a 1.5 year old, desexed female dog.
Breed: Boxer x Labrador x corgi, around 30kg. She is fully toilet & house trained.
