Introducing Flinders, an older boy in his prime, his fitness and energy are that of a younger dog. He is a very happy boy and full of absolute joy. He shows very high intelligence and is a fast learner who is keen to do the right thing and wants to learn more. He has been learning all the basic commands and is getting better.

Flinders can pull a bit on leash but easing up every time he practises. He has been in care with another heeler mix but both dogs are wanting to be boss, so he will be happiest being the only resident dog. His nature is very gentle, loving and caring and responds great to a calm voice and also respects and acts quickly when a sterner voice is needed. He can be energetic but settles down very well after expelling some energy during games and walks.

He loves a chat and has a good little bark but does listen to calm words and good actions. He would suit various households as long as you have the right time, love, care and space to give him. Flinders enjoys being a part of everything but is very good on his own for many hours through the day. He is seeking a warm spot to sleep inside after running about outside, he loves his bed and sleeps throughout the night once he has his spot. He is house trained and will not go in areas you tell him not to and only chews what you give him, his favourites are sticks and his teddy.

Flinders is such a good boy who loves snuggling up at night. This gorgeous fella wants to be somebodies number one and live the life he deserves.
