Oslo is a sweet little man who's had a tough start in life (don't be fooled by his cloudy eyes as he's super fast with reflexes that are on point)! Oslo is highly motivated by food and loves to play with any toy in sight. He's very good at keeping himself occupied but will let you know if he's bored or hungry by meowing or chirping for attention. He has a beautiful deep purr and loves giving little head butts when he's in a sleepy mood. He does get startled by loud, unfamiliar noises and would benefit from having another cat friend or someone who can spend time playing with him.
