About Cindy and Toey
Cindy & Toey - Bonded Pair
This adorable dynamic duo of senior doggos is made up of 9yr old Cindy (red Kelpie x female) and 10.5yr old Toey (black Kelpie x male).
Sadly their owner passed away and, through no fault of their own, they found themselves in the local pound. They are a pair of absolute goofballs who just love a good old scratch and cuddle, pottering in the garden, and a daily walk (they are both good on the lead).
They enjoy going for a drive, love their meals, and soak up fuss like a couple of sponges. Smiles for miles from these two! They’ve been good with the dogs they have met so far. They are both a bit too interested in the resident cat, so home without a cat would be best. They would be best suited to a suburban home or a semi rural setting with no livestock.
These two are at their happiest when they can be ‘in the thick’ of what is happening around home. They just love people and want to be with them all the time. Cindy in particular, is an absolute cuddle bug!
Yes they are a bonded pair and enjoy each other's company, but they also need interaction with their human family as well. Ideally a home that can ensure daily walks and lots of interaction would be best for them. Despite their ages, they still have pep and can even be a little bit boisterous on occasion, so a family with older children may suit best.
It would be just wonderful for Cindy and Toey to find their new beginning. As you can tell, they don’t ask for much, but they deserve the best life can offer them!
If you have room for a couple of cuddly senior goofballs in your lives, please apply now!
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
