NOTE: You are unable to meet Gypsy until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Gypsy in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare if I don't go to a home with another dog.
• I appeared scared of cats when meeting them at the shelter however once my confidence around them grows I might be more inquisitive. If going to a home with a cat they must be dog savvy and we must be introduced slowly.
• I LOVE other dogs but I'm a playful dog, so I need a doggy playmate who will match my energy levels and playfulness.

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• Gentle & placid
• I can sit & shake hands
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Happy to hang out with other dogs
• Social butterfly
• Well mannered
• Love to snooze on the couch

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I do walk quite well on the lead once settled, however I can pull if something interests me so walking in a harness is recommended
