About Sammy
Little Sammy! Well this fellow has certainly had his fair share of challenges in life, but he is finally ready to commit to a forever home. Sammy is a very worried chap, who needs a calm and quiet household where he has time to come out of his shell and isn't pressured to interact until he is comfortable. His new owner will need to learn how to be this boys advocate - particularly when in new situations and with new people around.
Along with his lack of early socialisation leading to his timid nature, Sammy also has some medical issues to do with the conformation of his front legs, which has already resulted in him having osteoarthritis and an odd gait. Sammy's new owner will need to work with a fear free vet on an ongoing basis to ensure he remains comfortable and happy into the future.
