About Ned
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Ned arrived from the pound a matted mess so had all of his hair clipped back to remove the knots and is feeling much better now. With a good diet and lots of brushing we expect his coat will grow back soft and shiny and little ned will be a stunner. Ned's foster carer has been crating him at night in order to house train him and it's working well so he will be trained in no time. Ned is a very friendly boy who loves to fetch the ball and then bring it back. He enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster family, along with the resident cat and he is a happy boy when the cat allows him to lick his face! ned is fabulous with children and puts on his happy face when they are around, wanting them to have a game with him. Ned loves people and likes to be near his humans but is not overly clingy. He enjoys tummy rubs, cuddles and loves snuggling up for a big hug. Ned is a house dog who is doing well at using the doggy door. He is learning to sit and will be easy to train as he is food motivated. Ned's new home must have a doggy companion with the same energy level and similar in age. Ned comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. If you would like more information on ned or to arrange to meet him, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading. Before phoning or emailing, please check denise's rescued dogs in foster care on www. Paws. Com. Au for any updated photos and to make sure this dog is still available for adoption. Update 17 december: ned has been in foster care for a little over a month now and has settled in well with his foster family. He is house trained, has mastered the doggy door, walks well on a lead and enjoys his walk but is equally happy playing in the back yard with the foster carers two dogs. ned often has a big sleep after play time with his foster doggy friends and also sleeps all night long in his basket not making a sound. he does not bark unnecessarily, isn’t a digger and isn’t a fussy eater. ned's coat is lovely. . . Soft, shiny and also non-shedding. he is an extremely affectionate boy who would make a wonderful addition to any home, be it a single person, couple or a family with children. ned must go to a home with a doggy companion as this is what he has been used to in his foster home. He is a house dog with a coat that will require regular grooming to keep him looking good. Listed 11 november
