About Charlotte ~ 9mo Mastiff X(On Trial 3/4/22)
Meet Charlotte, an extremely affectionate 9mth old Mastiff X. Charlotte loves nothing more than to spend time with her humans. She loves a lap to lay her head on or a body to sit and lay beside. She loves to shower her current foster family with kisses and shows her excitement to see them by jumping. As Charlotte still needs some reminding not to jump, she would be est suited to a home without children under 5 years of age whom she may knock over in her excitement.
Charlotte enjoys playing fetch in the backyard but is still learning to return the ball so she can continue to play. Charlotte has learnt fetch, sit, lay, come and is still learning to stay and needs continued training here. Charlotte would suit a single, couple or family with older children who have the time to continue to invest in her training.
Charlotte is looking for a family that will take her on outings in the car and incorporate her into their lives, taking her to parks, on walks so she can explore the smells in the world around her. Although she enjoys the car she is known to get car sick.
Charlotte is happy to be at home on her own during the day and would be suitable for a family who work full time and attend school, although she would love someone home more regularly.
Charlotte needs a family who will welcome her into their home. She would prefer to be inside with her humans, but has been sleeping outside, as she can be known to chew shoes and other items she may find in reach at times, but she is still only a puppy.
When at the park Charlotte enjoys interacting with other dogs and doesn't tend to pull on the lead when out walking unless she wants to stay and smell something a little longer.
In her current foster home Charlotte has been an only dog. She may be able to live in a home with another dog, but would prefer to be on her own so she can have all the love and attention of her new family.
Charlotte is not tested with cats and not suitable with pocket pets. A home without these is a must. Charlotte has also shown signs of possible allergies and is currently eating Ivory Coat Salmon and rice which she is enjoying and seems to be helping.
Charlotte is desexed, wormed, flea and tick treated and fully vaccinated and is ready and waiting to come home with you to her furever home where she will be loved endlessly.
Charlotte is located in Valentine NSW (suburb of Lake Macquarie) and is available for interstate adoption pending approval. For more information about Charlotte, please contact her foster carer Jemima on jemimasanimalrescue@gmail.com
