About Mildred (Miss Millie)
Meet Millie, approximately 10 weeks old, friendly and healthy British Shorthair mix cutie! Millie, and her brother Terence, are looking for a loving forever home, preferably together. They are toilet trained, desexed, microchipped, dewormed, defleed, and have received their first round of vaccinations.
Like most kitties, they can be shy around new people, but give them a toy (or 10, because Millie will hoard at least 3 at once) and they will come out of their shells in no time. They'll be climbing all over you, leaping and pouncing on their toys, and running around you in circles chasing each other!
Millie is the tough cookie of this pair. She's adventurous and speaks her mind. She takes her toy play very seriously and is lightening fast. At this impressionable age, they're learning all about boundaries. As they play together, they're not only teaching each other confidence, but also co-operation, bite inhibition and claw retraction. This is one of the many benefits of adopting siblings. Besides double the love and cuteness!
They love to climb on laps and curl up on, or beside, their human for chin rubs. Serve them a plate of warm kitten chicken dinner and they will purr their hearts out. Treat them with love and respect and you can expect the same from them in return.
This gorgeous duo are looking for an indoor home, or with access to a cat run. Their foster carer has been teaching them that human hands and feet are not toys, they're learning well, and the training method will need to be continued in their forever home to avoid accidental injuries! They will be ok with gentle children who are old enough to understand this.
