On Hold
Richard was brought into us by a member of the public who found him at a school. As he isn't native we tried to find his previous owner but sadly no-one has come forward.
Richard is a interesting little man. He's very handsome but a bit cranky. We believe he is an Indian Ringneck Parrot and they can potentially live up to 30 years. This means he would very much be a long term commitment.
We would prefer that he went to someone with bird experience.
