Rosie (On Trial)

Rosie and nutmeg are 2 very special cases that beagle rescue victoria has had the amazing opportunity to help. These beautiful girls escaped a horrific life of mass breeding and were rescued by several amazing women who ensured they were delivered safely into our hands. The girls have spent their lives being used as breeding dogs to line the pet shops here in victoria and didn’t know the day to day delights that most dogs do i. E. Grass, household noises, the couch, good food or the outside world. Both rosie and nutmeg were placed with amazing foster parents who have taught them that the big bad world is actually a wonderful and safe place. Thanks to sylvie and greg (foster angels) these girls now know the delights of chewing a bone on the lawn, going for a stroll to the park, going in the car, laying on the couch, living with cats and most of all how amazing cuddles are and how wonderful love from humans can be. The girls have now been fully vet worked and have recovered from not only their surgeries but also from the the shock of their new found freedom. Rosie is looking for a quiet home; she would suit a stay at home/retired or part time worker family. She is great with cats, other dogs and all humans
