NAME: Lachlan (Lachy)

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Lachy and his 4 siblings came into care with SAFE Esperance at just a week old. They have been hand raised by their foster carer and all absolutely love being around people. If you want an extra affectionate cat, these guys are just perfect!

ASSETS: He’s an absolute sook! He loves to be picked up and cuddled by his person. He will sit on your shoulders and wrap himself around your neck. If you want a parrot cat, Lochy is the one!

FAVOURITE THINGS: Lachy laps up all the attention and affection he can get and will come looking for you. He loves to suck on your t-shirt and is playful with his siblings. Particular favourites of them all are tunnels, scratch towers and dangly toys.

OTHER ANIMALS: The kittens live in a foster home with other cats and dogs and they all get along wonderfully, so Lachy could definitely live with other friendly cats or dogs after gentle introduction.

OTHER INFO: Lachy is litter trained and very clean. He is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and will be desexed before he goes to his new home.

IDEAL HOME: Lachy would be great in most homes once he’s settled in and feels secure. He will go well with people who will shower him with love while treating him gently and letting him get to know them at his own pace. He would suit a home with gentle, cat-savvy children and will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
