Timmy

Timmy was one of over 100 cats that we took in from a largely over crowded multi cat home.... this boy is very special and wants to have that chance to become a loved house cat where he gets loads of attention that he missed out on... his is just 10 months old and has lived a life having to share with way too many cats who made him feel very insecure - now it is time for Timmy to shine.......Timmy enjoys to be next to you in the evenings and lays on his side for pats and scratches under the chin. Timmy doesn’t like loud noises and startles easily in a new environment. He likes to sleep during the day and although he no longer looks like a kitten he’s been know to hide at the bottom of the stairs ready for his feline friends to come down so he can make them play... Timmy is wonderful with other cats and plays well with others even tolerating dogs that understand personal space. Timmy can sometimes have bad manners and appreciates being patted and touched on his terms. He doesn’t trust easily but once he trusts you he will follow you around brushing against your legs, which is a pleasant reward.
A home with other cats is ideal, a home where not too many expectations are there to start with, a safe indoor home or one with a safe outdoor enclosure would be perfect... he really needs that person who is willing to give him some time to relax, and settle in to a new home... this poor boy has been through a lot!
