About Iggy
Iggy is a sweet young dog who demonstrates some effort to maintain self control - this is a positive sign in such a young dog. If Iggy does not receive the necessary daily exercise and environmental enrichment to meet her needs she may, like many young dogs, become destructive. Iggy has shown some potential to be good companion dog if she lands in the suitable home.
Around the shelter environment Iggy has been social with other dogs and is a volunteer walker favourite. She will play with great enthusiasm and do her best to sit! Her best dog play match would be a male dog that also is a bit boisterous in play. Training to be left alone at home will also be required to ensure Iggy learns to be settled when left alone. She is such a young dog who is willing to please she has the potential to develop into a beloved companion.
Due to COVID19 lockdown restraints, we have revised our current adoption process which is now by application only. Please follow this link; https://www.rspca-act.org.au/services/adoption-appointments and complete an application form for the animal you are interested in. Due to staffing and time constraints, it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.
The adoption fee for IGGY is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of her mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love.
