Ned is is sweetest boy, always happy and wagging his tail. He likes other dogs and he is very kind and gentle
Ned has been vet checked and he is healthy but just overweight. He prefers to be the only dog with no other pets or kids, not that there is or was ever an issue, we can just tell from his personality that hey this would work best.

Vet report
Ned is in general health
a) Ned is 30% overweight - foster carer is reportedly trying to get Ned to eat the Hill's food as you've instructed and do some exercise.
b) soft cough (when excited / pulling on harness) and mild tracheal sensitivity (on exam)... lhopefully will improve with weight loss.
c) increased ALT / ALP on blood test (see attached blood test result) will improve with weight loss

3. All suitable applicants will be contacted via phone and given a phone interview.
4. After the phone interview we will make arrangements for you to meet the dog.
5. After meeting, and if all parties are agreeable, we will have a home inspection.
Generally we ask the you go home and consider everything you’ve learnt. Discuss with family, sleep on it and contact us the next day.

🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)

🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.

Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
