About Milo
Magnificent Milo came to us after being surrendered to the pound when he was around 5 years of age. He took the loss of his original family extremely hard and he shut down when he first came into our care.
Milo is a sweet and mellow boy who really does like to be around his humans and enjoys the companionship! He just is very, very slow to open up.
Since being in our care Milo has learnt to walk on a harness! Milo said he would love for his new family to take him for daily walks. He is willing to compromise if there's a sweet cat run for him to rule over.
Milo can be an affectionate boy but can be a bit shy at first while he's still adjusting. He's not the biggest fan of being pet for long periods, but he will sit by you for hours on end! He needs an understanding family who is willing to spend the time with him to build a relationship based on trust.
Milo is great with other cats, so long as they aren't too high energy. At his current foster home he loves arranging times with another resident kitty to do their zoomies at the same time: maybe they're encouraging each other to get their 10,000 steps in...
Milo isn't a big fan of dogs, so ideally he would like to move in to a place where felines rule! Since he's not a touch-feely kinda guy, teenagers might be best if kids are in the home.
As Milo took his last move pretty hard, he will be adopted out under foster to adopt so we can give him the extra time he needs to settle into his furever home.
If you're a little wary about people and you hate when people are too touchy-feely, you and Milo will totally hit it off!
Milo is fully vet worked, desexed, microchipped.
