About Ziggy
My name is Ziggy and a female Kelpie crossbreed. I came to HPH because I was originally adopted from the pound but the kids, 2 little autistic youngsters, were frightened of me and screamed when they saw me. So, before I was impacted, the owners decided to surrender me. Now I am playing happily with other pups . Sometimes I can be quiet too! Anyway I am ready for a new home and as you know, we are all desexed, chipped, vaccinated, given the regular common parasites treatments and vet checked.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
