Dorito

Hi! My name is Dorito and I'm a big ball of energy that would love to find new home to run around in.

My favourite things to do are to run across the couch or to sunbake in the window sill. I have lots of energy that I love to get out using a wand toy or chasing stuffed toys. I do also like a good smoochy cuddle in somebody's arms while I purr away.

The staff have said that I can play a bit rough as I have a very high prey drive. This means I tend to bite things that move including hands and feet. I can be easily redirected onto stuffed toys to get this frustration out in a healthy way. It would be best if I was an indoor only cat in a household with no young kids since I wouldn't want to hurt our native wildlife or small kids in any way.

I would be able to live with another cat if they had a similar high level of energy as me. In foster care I lived with a large breed dog and would happily do so again if they are able to keep up with me!
