Skyla is a happy and loving dog.  She loves to ride along in the car and tag along wherever you go. Skyla’s favourite place is the beach and she is an excellent swimmer. Are you training for a triathlon? This girl is your best training buddy! We haven’t taught her to ride a bike yet but we think anything is possible! Her new family must be active and willing to give Skyla the attention and activities she deserves, she is no backyard sloth! Skyla can be shy when first meeting new people and takes a few minutes to cautiously check people out before she decides to be friends. She loves playing with other dogs and is living with cats in foster care but careful introduction is always advised. Skyla has been an escapee in her previous life but has now learnt to hang around at home when necessary. For this reason Skyla needs a new family who are prepared to put the time in to bond with her and help her settle in to learn her new home and routine. Once she finds her new family and the right care and attention is given, she will be loyal and devoted to them. Skyla is fully house trained and loves to sleep inside near her family.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit. Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview and a property inspection (as it is vital we rehome our animals to a safe, secure and suitable home).

The adoption fee of $500 assists to cover the costs of desexing, microchip, microchip ownership transfer, flea and worm treatment, vaccinations, vet check.
