About Cy
Cy was the last of his litter to be trapped behind some shops at Old Noarlunga. It's taken him a bit more time to come around but he's finally at the point where he's ready for his furever family.
Cy is a gorgeous fluff ball who loves laps. He loves his foster mum and she says he's "a big cuddly sook sook". He's fine around kids and his foster mum's daughter is able to pick him up. He's very placid and would make a great companion for a family, couple or single person that's looking for a snuggle bug.
Cy has been:
- Tried with kids and is fine with them
- Tried with cats and is fine with them
- Untried with dogs
***To be kept indoors or with access to a secure enclose only***
Cy's approximately 4 months old and his adoption fee of $210 includes:
- Desexing
- Microchipping
- Full vaccinations
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys, and other goodies to get him started.
Cy is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Christie Downs. If you'd like to meet him please contact us with the following information:
- A bit about your family situation
- Any other pets you may have
- Any other information about your home that you think may be relevant to show us why you'd be a great adopter for Cy.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
