Annie

This is the story of how Arnie became Annie.

A large, muscular tabby came into care and someone remarked, "Oh, gosh, he's as big as Arnold Schwarzenegger!" So, naturally, he was dubbed "Arnie".

Here's the thing. Arnie was actually a large, muscular tabby female and when that inconvenient fact became known, Arnie quickly became Annie.

Annie loves to snuggle and headbutt her humans and if she isn't adopted soon, she might become a foster fail. Her foster dad has fallen hopelessly in love with Annie, who used to be Arnie. She's often found snoozing on his bed, but don't tell the other cats!

Not so keen on her own kind, Annie is unbothered by the resident hound, so we're inclined to think she'd do best as an only cat but would cope tolerably well with a canine housemate.

Large, sweet, affectionate with an independent streak, Annie is one of those cats that worms her way into everyone's heart.

With an estimated age of two years, Annie has many long years ahead of her and would make an excellent feline companion to a family or an individual.

Her adoption fee is $275 and she is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. She lives inside exclusively and is litter-trained.
