Billyās is a wonderful boy, super smart and active. He would benefit from ongoing training and love and guidance.
Heās a lot of fun, he still chews but his carers are helping him by giving him things to play with and chew on and providing him and the stimulation he needs.
While Billie loves kids and he is very gentle, he requires lots of exercise and mental stimulation, perhaps more than the average mum of toddlers can do, so we are seeking someone with older kids who is prepared to dedicate their time and love and ENERGY to Billie.
He can be a bit hit and miss with other dogs, mainly due to him being unsure.
His poodle fur means he doesnāt shed fur but you will need to get him regularly groomed.
Billie will be extremely popular so please make use of your one ONLINE application ( donāt send an enquiry , just use the link we provide in this profile to apply).
Youāll need to show us that you READ THE WHOLE PROFILE and address the things outlined within.
This is very important.
Only those with suitable application will get a phone interview.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Hereās some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
š± Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the petās bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
š¾ Details about your family
š” Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
