About Esther, Charger & Sprocket
This adorable trio are looking for a forever home where they can continue to live out their years together.
Esther is an 8 year old rescue dog who’s breed is unknown, but he is registered as a Kelpie cross. She is a slightly big breed at approximately 25kg. She has an old hip injury (that requires no treatment), so prefers scenic drives over long walks on the beach - although she won’t say no to a quick lap around the block.
Charger, also a rescue pup, is a 7 year old Bull Arab x Rhodesian Ridgeback x Great Dane. He is bigger than most dogs at approximately 40kg. He is a big sook and is scared of his own shadow (and sometimes other dogs). Charger’s favourite thing in the world is his Kong.
Both dogs are great with kids and cats, but Charger requires supervision with other dogs until they sort out a pecking order.
Sprocket was orphaned at birth and was handraised by a carer with 2 big dogs, so she has no healthy fear of strange people or dogs (this means she needs to be indoors only). She’s also a bit of an escape artist and will run outside between your feet.
She is however always the first to greet visitors and is super social and affectionate with all species. She even makes non-cat people reconsider their poor life choice of never owning a cat!
