About Mimi
*Located in Strathfield*
ABOUT MIMI:
Mimi is a very affectionate, loving, vocal, social, laidback and sweet cat! She would make the purrrfect companion to a loving family! She loves human company and would love a home where she can be the queen!
Mimi is very affectionate; she loves being patted, held, sitting on top of her humans and being cuddled! She will rub against your face, make biscuits on your lap, and give you lots of kisses and sleep on your chest or as close to you as possible! She is really such a sweetheart! We love him to bits!
She is very athletic and will plays like shes still a kitten with her toys! She will happily sleep next to you, snuggling in bed and will follow you around while you’re at home. She especially likes sitting nearby while you work from home.
Mimi will bond with one or two people and will stay with them. She will give them all her attention and love. She is vocal and will talk to her humans.
She can also be independent and is happy to be left alone for several hours with no issues.
IDEAL HOME:
Mimi is very special to us, she is a very loving and sweet cat. Unfortunately, due to the other pets at the rescue cat crew home, she is getting stressed and hiding away! We would like to find her a home where she can get all the attention and love. She would happily live in an apartment/home with a single person or couple.
She wouldn’t be suited to a home with young children.
Mimi has always been very closely bonded with humans. She loves being part of everyday activities. She is extremely affectionate, friendly, social and playful.
Mimi has lived with a family since she was a kitten. She is very used to people and very friendly with new people generally!
SUITABILITY TO OTHER PETS:
She tends to like dogs more than other cats.
She has lived with multiple cats and kittens and 4 dogs (at different times).
Mimi does get anxious and sometimes aggressive around other pets. So she would be suited best as an only cat.
Medical notes
For senior cats, it’s recommended that they have twice yearly vet visits.
Mimi has had all vet work completed up to date. This includes desexing, vaccinations, dental check, health check, blood tests. She had dental surgery in 2019.
Her last vet visit was 10 March 2022 at Inner West Cat Hospital. During this visit it was discovered that Mimi has mild grade patella luxation in one leg. So she will require anti-inflammatory/pain relief medication, from time to time. This doesn’t affect her ability to do any normal cat activities. She does not have athritis or any other joint issues.
She is fully litter trained.
