About Bluey ~ 17mo Koolie X (Admin Hold 28/7)
Bluey is a 17 month old Koolie X. He is a super friendly, loving and energetic young boy. Bluey absolutely loves everyone especially if they give him all of the pats, snuggles and ear scratches. He loves a good cuddle and will attempt to sit on your lap despite his size. He always makes sure you are loved by giving you all of the kisses. He loves a good game of tug-of-war and is slowly wrapping his head around the game of fetch.
Bluey loves company and loves being around other dogs which is why we will be looking for a forever home with another medium sized companion dog for him to play with, or a family that are quite active and will take him on a lot of walks or adventures.
Bluey loves being outside, so please NO apartments or courtyard applications as he is a larger dog so will need plenty of space. He will need good fencing with no small gaps. NO Rural fencing will not be considered.
Bluey is happy being outside but needs to be welcomed inside when people are home. He really enjoys the company of his family whilst everyone is inside relaxing. He will quite happily sleep inside or out.
Bluey is doing great learning toilet training, he has not had any accidents inside as of yet. He is great at sitting, laying down and coming when called. He currently lives with two female dogs and a 5yo child. He is a very gentle dog but sometimes doesn’t realise how big he is, is best suited to families with children 5 years or over.

Dog Rescue Newcastle reserve the right to not reply to unsuitable applicants and will not tolerate bullying, intimidation or harassment of our volunteers
For more information on Bluey, please contact his foster carer on their email micaylatsousis23@gmail.com, Bluey is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW and is available for adoption interstate subject to approval.
