About Sweetpea
Hi I'm Sweetpea! And I am the sweetest pea you will ever have the chance to meet!
I am 4 years old and I made my way to BARC as a stray!
Since being at the shelter I have been nothing but a delight to care for by the animal attendants here at the shelter. They shower me with love and in return I shower them with my love. It's a win win!
Looking for a home where it can be all things revolved around me. I loveeee attention. If your working at home on your computer. Rest assured I will be right on top of you helping you guide the mouse.
Pats are my all time favourite. I get so happy I fall over and roll around everywhere. My tail gets all bushy, I just love me a pat!
If they're kids in the home, no stress that just means more people to dote on me!
Cats I don't like. They try to take the attention away from me. And this I do not like. So I am looking to be only cat in my new home pretty please.
If you wanting to meet me please call BARC at 5441 2209 to arrange a meet and greet! I cannot wait to meet you and give you cuddles!
Love Sweetpea xx

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
