About Annie
Dear ANNIE is the sweetest little Kelpie x Border Collie pup you're likely to find anywhere.
Placid, eager to please, affectionate and as smart as new paint, Annie was born in August 2021 and has all the makings of a delightful canine companion.
She's a petite little bundle of charm and, although not undernourished, weighs only 10 kgs (as at 21 February 2022).
Annie loves human company and enjoys a good cuddle, a pat and a tickle on the tummy.
She's very dog-friendly and, being just a pup, is inclined to defer to older dogs. Some of the photos in this profile show her playing with a litter of puppies, her brothers from a different litter. She's definitely a very patient big sister.
Annie is also cat-tolerant.
She would do best in an active home where she has plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation and where she is regarded as an integral part of the family. She is very much an inside-outside dog and is not suited to the home of full-time workers, unless they are permanently home-based.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time. Prior experience with working dog breeds will be highly regarded. Secure fencing is a must.
If you are interested in meeting Annie, please complete the online application at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Annie's adoption fee is $795 and she is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Annie is available for interstate adoption and a virtual meet and greet may be offered to a successful interstate applicant.
