About Penelope
Hi I'm Penelope and I am part of the Kardashian Litter. Our mum became pregnant & was transferred to BVAR care to have her babies as part of the Last Litter program. I am now old enough to start looking for my forever family.
I am a sweet and loving little girl, that is timid & reserved. I will need a family that either has another dog at home, that is well socialised & friendly, or a family that will be willing to commit to ongoing training & socialising to ensure I can be the best doggy in the world. Every day I grow in confidence, but it is just important that I continue to be given the correct training and love to help me.
I can sit and wait for my food, and I get along with the other dogs in my home. New environments like the vet scare me but once I feel safe, my sweet little personality shines through. I am very playful and love to wrestle my foster brother.
I spend my days outside & sleep outside in a big cuddly kennel most - but I am the most well behaved house guest & great in a crate too!
I will be medium sized - 15-25kg fully grown - but active.
Desex will be completed at 12 weeks of age - adopter's location determines if this is done pre or post adoption.

I have a slight over bite & out of place canines that will correct over time.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
At the end of the two week adoption trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name.
