About Winnie
Hello I'm Winnie and yes I am a one year old Kelpie X Rotti so I am a big girl. My character is mainly kelpie, love going with my person everywhere, love other dogs, ok with cats but will chase birds.
I am a tall girl so I'd like a well fenced house, city or country is fine but not farm fencing as I might go wandering. I would like a playmate but if you are going to take me with you or be working from home than you can be my playmate. I am a happy girl with what foster mum describes as the perfect nature so I guess that's good. I love playing, running and doing zoomies with my friends. Love the beach, my little pool and tug ropes - they are so much fun.
I could be your new best friend or besties with everyone in a huge family, I am that flexible.
You will need to get me a little pool so I can empty all the water out - my favourite thing to do. Tug rope is awesome so if you have a pergola that you can hang my tug ropes from, that would be even more awesome. I'm young so I'm still learning and I want to be a sponge and soak up everything you are telling me but I need you to teach me how to focus first, then we will be fine together.
I have been to puppy school, obedience lessons, doggy daycare and even went to work in an office for a while. I have had some excellent training but I could sure use some more so I can be perfect. I have selective recall hearing you see. I am house trained, can sleep in a crate, sit for my food and will walk nicely on lead. Like all one year olds I lack a bit of focus so we could work on that together if you like.
I am a playful young girl with so much to offer, if I appeal to you, please apply for me right now.
