Hey there, nice to meet you, I'm Lucy. I'm three years old and no I'm not a fuzzy Kelpie, I'm a short hair Border Collie. We are known for how very smart we are and foster mum says I'm a smarty pants.

I am great on my own as long as my people are around, so I don't really need another doggo to play with and keep me company but if there is one, that's ok as well. I would love owners who only work away part time or even better works at home all the time. I need someone who will invest in me, my training, my undeniable charm and will love me just as much as I will love them. I am like the original love dog, true!

I am fully house trained, crate trained, basic command trained and a whole lot more trained as you will discover. I know how to open doors so you will need a front gate and I know how to jump fences if I feel like it so you have to have good fences.

I see myself as a doggo for a single person or couple who have older kids who might have left home, they will come back for laundry and dinner but the doggos get all the special treatment now.

I love going to the beach and running like a crazy doggo scooping up the waves and crashing through the water. I love bush walks, I love any walks but most of all, I love being with my people. What I don't love is being left behind so unless you intend to include me in your life, I'm not the girl for you. I do prefer to be in the lower external noise area of the country or rural property as city noises freak me out a bit. If you are rural, I can maybe survey the paddocks with you and do a bit of herding, I am very clever and pill pick things up in no time.

Well, I'm a Collie so of course, let's do training so I can whip you into shape. I can work on my social skills while we get you some instruction on how to keep me as sharp and clever as I am. Seriously, I need someone who has experience or I will run the show and my anxiety will come racing out. I want to be a follower, I am happy that way but I need my leader to be strong enough and experienced enough to lead me.

I know I'm a black and white cheeky looking stunner but please read my profile. I do have some anxiety and I do need to be with my people who want me around. I want my next people to be the ones who keep me safe and love me as I will give you my absolute best in return.
