Clove is a delicate little girl who is a work in progress when it comes to living in a world with humans. Rescued from a dreadful living situation, Clove and her siblings had been living on scraps and had very little contact with people.
Her sad early kittenhood has given her food insecrutiy issues, so this girl likes to let you know when she’s hungry. Clove lets out super cute meows when it is breakfast or dinner time, so you’re never left in any doubt about how she feels.
This very pretty medium-hair tabby girl prefers to sit in the background while her siblings Finnick and Cinna (also listed on Pet Rescue) hog the limelight. Clove will sit quietly and watch the activity in your home, joining in playtime when she feels safe enough to do so.
Clove will get the zoomies from time to time, and loves to run up and down the hallway. She will happily amuse herself with toys, making her a very low maintenance kitty. She is not demanding of your affection but will come to you when she wants a warm lap or a snuggle on the lounge.
Clove needs a quiet home of a person living alone or a couple with no children. She needs people who understand that this fluffy girl needs her space. And her new person/people need to be willing to allow her to relax in her own time and at her own pace.
Clove would do well with another kitty in the home to help her with her confidence. And if you are looking to adopt a pair, Clove gets along well with her brother Finnick, a white kitten who adores his sister and has an outgoing personality. Check out Finnick’s profile on our Pet Rescue page too!
Clove has not been tested on dogs and we do not recommend she go to a home with dogs.
This pretty and photogenic girl will come out of her shell when given the right caring and kind home. Your investment of time and patience will be rewarded as we know Clove has a beautiful heart and she loves to feel safe.

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
