Chappy

Chappy is my name. I'm a shy, affectionate young man so I'm in need of a patient and understanding owner who will help me to understand the world and people are actually quite wonderful. When I get comfortable, I become a very affectionate young man. So, I'll need a patient, understanding owner who'll give me that ongoing training and slow introductions to ensure success for us all. Crate training is recommended so I've got a safe, calm place to retreat to when things get too overwhelming for me. If you go slow when introducing new things and people and allow me to go at my own pace, then I'm sure we'll have a great and lasting friendship. I'm actually very playful at heart once I feel comfortable. So watch out for the most loveable dog you could possibly ask for. As I'm an active breed, exercise and walks will be important. But, hey, that's great for us to get some fresh air and develop our physical fitness. I'm looking for an adult only home.
