About Ares
Ares is a super cute, cuddly, intelligent, active and friendly young man on the hunt for his forever family!
In his short life so far, Ares has been determined to learn as much as he can. He knows all the basics of training, lots of tricks and loves his food, which makes him a VERY trainable boy.
Ares has also had exposure to both cats and dogs, both of which he gets along with famously. Ares will therefore suit plenty of household dynamics! Pending a successful meet and greet, Ares would enjoy living with another active canine companion.
He walks well on-lead, and meets new things with optimism due to positive reinforcement with treats. Worrying thing = yummy thing and happy human! Worrying things must be good!
Food puzzles and lots of activities to challenge his brilliant mind and a person committed to meeting both his mental and physical stimulation needs. He would enjoy attending classes and dog sports, jogging, swimming and anything else fun you can think of to entertain him!
Ares likes calm children, but tends to jump on noisey or excited ones. If any children are in his forever home, Ares would be best suited to older, dog-savvy children.
A combination of fetch, nice long walks, a cuddle on the couch and days filled with various activities with his family would make Ares a very happy boy. If you are an active person with lots of time and love to offer, Ares will be a great mate.
