About Missy
This poor little lady, or Missy as she is known has been surrendered to BARC and at only 9 months of age is desperate for a new home.
Bursting at the seams with love this young lady is preferably looking for a home with plenty of time to spare in order to show her the love she craves.
Dog social, suitable for a home with kids 6 plus who love to play and seeking an inclusive home, Little Missy here is keen to please and would relish in an environment willing to put some time into her training and provide her with routine.
Surrendered through absolute no fault of her own, Missy was at first a little bit shy but has fast warmed up to the staff at the shelter and has won everybody's heart. Deserving of a new beginning this girl is desiring a home which will allow her inside, a special bed or spot in yours and lots and lots of affection.
Another active, yet well mannered canine companion would be a welcomed addition into the life of Missy and she greatly enjoys playing with others. Missy has never met cats and as such any introduction would require a slow and patient approach with the facilities to keep the two separate initially.
If you happen to think that this young pup is just what you have been searching for in a dog and are ready to have your heart stolen then go ahead and contact BARC on 5441-2209 to arrange a time to meet with Missy.... Go on, I dare you.
Available to meet and adopt 15/02/2022
Ready to leave shelter following desexing procedure at a date to be confirmed.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
