About Bullet
At 2 1/2 years of age this staffy/Labrador mix Bullet shot into BARC as a surrender after a change in his owners circumstances and is now aiming to find a new home in which to call his own.
Active and energetic, ever so handsome, loyal to a fault and full of love this wonderful boy is hoping to join an active household. Suited to new owners who are fit, enjoy getting out and about and are looking for an inclusive canine companion to join them on their adventures.
Bullet has previously lived with other dogs although can be somewhat dominant so best suited at present to an only dog home where he can be shown all the attention. He loves to play an would relish in a home with kids old enough to throw a ball for him and get involved in some rough and tumble games.
Bullet is very much a people dog, he will require some on going training and a routine to allow him to find his feet in a new environment and some further socialisation when it comes to making new doggy friends. Probably not suited to a home with cats he has however previously lived with chickens and reports from his previous owner state that he was very gentle and calm around his flock.
If you are looking for a wonderful dog to join your family, or are a single person looking for a loving companion then look no further that Bullet.
Please contact BARC on 5441-2209 to speak with staff regarding Bullet and to book a meet and greet appointment.
Available to meet and adopt 15/02/22

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
