About Sunny ~ Bull Arab X (Hold Rev Apps 23/2/22)
Meet Sunny, a 15 week old Bull Arab X. As the name says, Sunny is a ball of sunshine who loves nothing more than giving you all of his love. This happy pup is sure to brighten your day!
Sunny is playful and will be a large dog so a home with an active family is what he’s looking for. He has been on a couple of car rides and enjoys the adventure of being out and about. Sunny has spent time with his two foster nephews (10 & 12) and loves rough housing with them. He would be fine with children but, given the size he will grow to, small children may not be ideal.
Sunny is extremely affectionate and seeks out belly rubs whenever he can and considers himself a lap dog. He is being fostered with his stunning sister Stella and they get along like no other. Sunny is dog friendly and also lives with two cats, who he is a fan of. Although the cats are not a fan, he has shown no aggression to his little fur-friends and, with the right introduction, would be suited to a home with cats. At times, Sunny doesn’t realise his size and just wants to play with his fur-friends, much to their disdain. Given his’s size, he would not be suited to small pocket pets.
Sunny spends his days lounging outside in the sun, or inside on his favourite blanket. It is important that he is part of the family and spend time both inside and out. Sunny would also benefit from another dog who can show him the ropes. However, we feel that due to his independent nature, he would also blossom as an only dog, given the correct training and enrichment.
Sunny has spent some time home alone while his foster parents are out and has shown he is a responsible little pup. He continues to show his keenness to be the best boy and is on the rise with his training. He has mastered sitting and is improving on his leash walking. Like any puppy, Sunny would benefit from ongoing training but has shown just how smart he is. This gorgeous boy is crate trained and sleeps through the night with his sister. As Sunny is still learning, he hasn’t mastered toilet training when spending the day inside but is slowly getting there.
Sunny is not yet desexed, nor is he fully vaccinated so he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens area as he will need to visit a local approved vet for desexing at approximately 5-6 months.
Sunny wants nothing more than to be part of your family and give you all the love he has!
