Friendly Toby!
- Toby’s an independent chap, who loves spending time soaking up the sun in his carers’ outside catio. He also loves sitting at the front door, watching the cars and people going by.
- He gets on well with his male foster feline brother, and has fun playing hide and seek with him.
- Toby loves pats and being brushed. He tolerates being on your lap (on his terms), but isn’t really a lap cat.
- He has a good appetite and is not fussy with his food. He also loves catnip!
- Toby is a little scared of loud noises and isn’t suitable to a home with dogs or small children.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.

The adoption fee of $250 assists to cover the costs of desexing, microchip, microchip ownership transfer, flea and worm treatment, vaccination and vet check.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
