About Holly
Holly is an adoring, playful and confident pup who wants nothing more than to be your best friend and loyal side-kick. Her ever-wagging tail and empathy win hearts instantly. She’ll say good morning to you with tail wiggles that take over her whole body in a wiggly dance and curl up for a big cuddle at the end of the day too.
With a brain like a sponge, she is a very fast learner. Holly is crate-trained, politely sits, drops and stays and walks well with her harness. She has fun learning tricks and can roll over and is learning to shake!
Holly loves her people and with this, like a classic staffy, comes some separation anxiety which has eased with medication and training. She needs a family who will be home more often than not and also ready to take her with them out and about. As a very clever pup, she thrives with mental stimulation and learns the names of her toys and will bring them to you to show you how well she can chew them up! With Holly, the more you put in, the more you get out.
Holly adores other doggy friends has had successful doggy play dates with dogs of her size at home but would suit an only pet household. She hasn’t been tested with young children and so not suitable for children under 12. She’s an athletic dog and will thrive with a family who have the time to exercise with her, taking her on long daily walks. Holly is active pup and will motivate you for her much needed daily long walk! She’s a dream in the car and has gleefully explored beaches, creeks, lakes and forests with her foster carers and looks forward to sharing many more adventures with her new family.
Holly’s a one in a million dog and will fill her new family’s life with laughter and love. Her ideal home would be in a family with older teenage children where there is someone around more often than not.
Holly is not suitable for apartment living.
Medical notes
Holly is on lovan to help with her separation anxiety and reactivity. Since being on medication and with training she is much improved
