Dwayne the dane x is a big boy with an even bigger heart! Its hard to ignore the smile across his face when he’s in his happy place, getting cuddles from his favourite people! Dwayne arrived to the shelter a little worse for wear, underweight and riddled with fleas. He’s working on his weight gain in care, but would love a home that can give him all the love and attention he deserves while he recovers! Dwayne walks nicely on lead but can be distracted easily by his environment, especially by other dogs and small animals. These encounters are pretty stressful for this big guy, so a home in a quiet neighbourhood with little other dog activity would be ideal to keep him comfortable and happy. If you have a yard with plenty of space to play, and time to dedicate to cuddles, Dwayne is waiting to meet you!
