Scarlett ~ Wolfhound X Puppy(Rev. Apps 13/2/22)

Scarlett is a beautiful 12 week old Wolfhound X Catahoula puppy looking for her forever home. She is a happy, healthy girl who is growing and learning very quickly. She is very playful and loves a good wrestle with her brother.

Scarlett is a sassy girl who is not afraid to go out and play with her much bigger foster brothers. Although she is small, she is confident around those that are bigger than her.

She loves exploring in the garden, snuffling in the grass and playing with her little brother. She currently enjoys multiple naps during the day and will find a comfy spot anywhere to rest her eyes.

Scarlett is a fast learner and has learnt very quickly to sit and wait for her food. Being a pup she can be a little jumpy and mouthy, and therefore would be best suited to a family with children over 10 years old. Scarlett is looking for a family that are willing to put in the time required for training to help understand her personality & build a bond with her.

Scarlett needs to be welcomed inside when people are home and to sleep inside at least until fully grown.

We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All puppies need lots of affection, socialisation, exercise, and training to ensure proper boundaries and routines are established. This will ensure that you get the best family member/friend possible.

As Scarlett loves playing outside, we request NO apartments or courtyard applications as she will most likely be a large dog so will need plenty of space. She will need good fencing with no small gaps. Rural fencing will not be considered.

As Scarlett is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she will need to be returned to a local vet for desexing when she is approximately 5/6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.

Scarlett’s adoption fee is $700 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
