About Tilly
Dynamic due Theo and Tilly are looking for a new place to call home. Theo is always on the go exploring his environment, where Tilly is more quietly exploring her environment. Growing up together Theo and Tilly are very strongly bonded with each other, therefore we wish for them to be rehomed together.
Terrific Tilly is a gorgeous lady, with a loving personality, however she is not a dog for just anybody. Maremma Sheepdogs were traditionally bred for guarding livestock, they are not prone to undue excitement and particularly watchful and alert breed.
Tilly will need a home with a large roomy backyard, high secure fencing. Tilly has shown some basic commands, so we recommend that Tilly attends obedience training to help further develop her manners and strengthen the bond between her and her new owners. Tilly will need regular grooming to help keep her coat mat free and in tip top shape.
Please research the breed or ask the shelter staff before considering adoption a Maremma Sheepdog.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
