Ruby is on the lookout for a home with other cats. No children please!

This beautiful girl has been in our care for quite a while in the hopes that we could build her confidence around humans as much as possible.

Miss Ruby has decided that other cats are the best thing ever but humans are only okay when they bring out a string toy to play with.

She would suit someone who is looking for a companion for their exisiting feline and doesn't mind the fact that Ruby doesn't want to be handled and will take some time to settle in.

Cats like Ruby usually get overlooked for confident, sociable kittens but here at SCAR we believe cats like Ruby also deserve a second chance and can live out their days comfortable and happy in the right home.

Ruby is such a pretty girl, she keeps her coat beautiful and embodies the saying 'look but don't touch'. Perhaps one day with some gradual relationship building, Ruby will change her mind and become braver around us humans.

Please include a description of the home you will be able to provide like where the pet will be kept most of the day, what other animals are at the home, ages of children that live or frequently visit the home and any details of previous experience that you have had with this species or breed.
