About Marley
Marley is a beautiful and super playful American Staffy! Her foster carers describe her as a sweet girl who just loves to play and sunbake when its lovely weather!
Marley has been going to group training classes every week and her foster carers have been working very hard to work on her reactivity to other dogs. We’re happy to say she is doing amazing!
Marley loves going for walks and playing with her toys! She walks quite well on the lead. She is a very sweet girl and would like a home where she gets all the love and attention she deserves.
Marley does currently use a muzzle when on walks, as she can be reactive to other dogs but has been steadily improving with the help and dedication of her foster carers and trainer! Dog parks are recommended to be avoided whilst she is still learning.
Marley has previously been in care with a few cats and was able to be able to calmly be around them on a lead, it is recommended that she is the only animal in the home for now.
Marley has been around children under 2, and loves to shower them in love. Due to her size she has accidentally knocked them over so we would recommend a home with kids over 6yo.
Marley would benefit from ongoing training sessions and an experienced large breed handler.
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
