About Maxy
Our little Maxy girl needs a carer or even better a Forever home❤️
Maxy is a special needs girl.
She is a little 16 kg Staffy aged 3 1/2 years who had started life with cruelty.
Very malnourished & mistreated.
Then she had found a home for 3 years and was recently surrendered to a pound.
AINB were asked to take her on & she has shined through to herself today 🐾
It’s been a wonderful transformation ❤️
She has had bowel issues, which we are sorting out now with a special diet.
It’s been a process
She will need to go to vets on Northside of Brisbane, which will be covered by AINB.
Maxy has blossomed into a beautiful dog! Loves her daily walks. Meeting other dogs
Totally housetrained, loves her toys, loves her humans ( is quiet when she meets you but warms up quickly)
Has lived with cats.

Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need Website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. My emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
Please note all our cats are indoor cats only.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
