About Snow
*In foster care in Rozelle, Sydney*
Snow is a beautiful young princess who has done an amazing job raising 7 sweet babies - and now it's time to find a 'forever castle' of her very own!
Gentle, affectionate and independent, Snow can take a little while to trust new people, but she's made huge strides in her foster home and with continued patience will be the perfect addition to any cat-loving household. Every day she builds more and more confidence and is beyond ready to land on all four paws in a forever family.
Snow is very chatty, letting you know when she wants something - pats, tummy rub, food, litter clean, playtime or just to hang out together on the lounge or bed.
She is not yet comfortable with being picked up, but will tolerate it for short periods. On her terms, she'll climb onto your lap, or make herself comfy on you when in bed.
Like all Maggie's pets, Snow is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be relatively peaceful and calm, with warm spots to get some sunlight on my fur, and safe places for me to retreat.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: It's a bit of a mixed bag. I enjoy a morning romp around with my toys often resulting in a flash of zoomies. 'Spotty' the laser is my absolute favourite evening game. I also like snoozes as much as the next cat. It's a bit of a mixed bag. I enjoy a morning romp around with my toys often resulting in a flash of zoomies. MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think a home with adults only, or with children in their teens, will suit me best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I would be happy with a chilled older cat to play with, but this is not a deal breaker for me! I haven't had the chance to meet any dogs yet, but I'm definitely open to making friends with the right one :)
Medical notes
Lovely Snow was recently evaluated by a cardiologist and has been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - mild (Stage B1). At this stage no heart medications are needed. A recheck echocardiogram is recommended in 6-9 months to monitor disease progression and to reassess the treatment plan. We are happy to share all our veterinary paperwork with the details of this assessment and diagnosis to future adopters.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
