Loki

Hello there, my name is Loki. You might’ve missed it in my profile picture, but I am actually a three-legged rabbit! I came to Lort Smith with an unknown fore leg injury and the wonderful vets tried as best they could to save it, but unfortunately it had to be amputated. I have been in foster care recovering and have now fully healed.

I’m a sweet, shy guy, that can be a bit flighty and easily spooked, so a home with no young children and someone with experience in owning rabbits would be best. I will need some patience while I settle into my new home and prefer to be the only animal.

We actually have lots of dietary and health requirements so feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions.

Ideally, I would go to a home where I can have somewhere inside and outside, but due to my reduced mobility, it's best I am kept safe by being in an enclosed area if i'm outside getting some sunshine.
