Pumpernickel

Sweet Pumpernickel (aka Pumpie) is the gentlest kitten you will ever encounter. Her sweet temperament is matched by her stunning face, cute meows for attention and majestic swooshing tail! She is definitely the quietest out of her siblings but she makes up for it in buckets with her quirky personality.

Pumpie enjoys being close to her humans and is fast becoming an affectionate sweetie who loves company. She is slowly getting used to being picked up, but she loves snuggling up next to you in bed or on the sofa, and bakes enough biscuits to stock a whole bakery!

During the day she will bounce around the apartment like a little bunny, sitting on your desk whilst you work from home, demand lots of love and attention, try to eat your plants …. all while meowing and chirping her little head off 😊

Some of Pumpie’s favourite things are, playing with pompoms, attacking your feet whilst you’re in bed, making biscuits (on you, in the air and on blankets), skritches on her cute cheeks and chin, and prancing about whilst that majestic tail swooshes from side to side!
Pumpernickel is very shy around new people, but will warm up to them after 2-3 visits.

Like all Maggie's pets, Pumpernickel is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a loving human (or a few) who will give me space to come out of my shell. I like affection on my terms and will often dash off if I become overwhelmed, so someone patient who is happy to let me come to them is important.
I am still very young so I will need a home where humans are working from home, or someone is home most of the day for other reasons!

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am not a high energy kitten. I do have big spurts of energy and like to play with my humans, but I am also very good at entertaining myself. I am very gentle with my paws and my teeth, even when I am excited!

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I am not a huge fan of loud energetic kids, so calm school aged kids and upwards would be best.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I would prefer to be the only young kitty in the home as I find really boisterous and active cats overwhelming and I don’t feel like I can be my true self when they are around, but if you have an older chilled cat then that would be totally cool. I'm also very content to be your 'one and only' as long as you spend enough time with me!
I haven't had the chance to meet any dogs but if they are gentle and friendly, I think we could get along.
