About Moon
- Loving, gentle and affectionate
- Well suited for a home with another cat/ kitten
- Suited for gentle parent/ parents with time to give lots of playtime and affection.
- Not suited to be left alone all day.
- Not suited for a house with noisey children.
- Unsure about a house with dogs. The right dog may be ok.
He is a wonderful and friendly ‘medium’ haired cat and his new parent/ parents will need to brush him daily - and at least while young, occasionally ’tidy’ his bottom thanks to his long fur getting in the way!
He is very affectionate and wants lots of cuddles and attention - sometimes at 5 in the morning ;) He LOVES his sisters, however he still sometimes cries when I leave the house or even shower and thus he will do well in a house where there is usually someone home.
He is super curious and food obsessed and has managed to jump into our fridge and climb onto our bench at times haha!
However distraction, not reprimanding, works well with him as he is still a curious child learning what this big world is. He is still very bony, but after 3 rounds of worming, and with plenty of quality food, his coat is finally starting to shine and we hope that he will start to put some weight on.
Moon is amazingly affectionate, trusting and well adjusted with us, but will most likely take some time and gentle, loving persistence before they know that you are their new ‘safe’ parents. Because they are still learning to trust ALL humans, Moon needs a quiet and gentle family/ parent and is not suited for a loud house or a house with children.
Regarding dogs, he has not been exposed to dogs in the house, however with the right dog they might be fine.
Thank you from us and Moon :)
Indoor cat only
